Block Rise 3D

Last updated: 2026-09-03

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Trigonal Games ("we", "our", "us") handles information in connection with the mobile game Block Rise 3D (the "Game"), available on Google Play. By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Block Rise 3D is a casual block puzzle game. It does not require you to create an account with us, or provide any name, email address, phone number, or other directly identifying personal information. Some optional features — such as cloud save — rely on an account you already have with the platform (for example your Google account through Google Play Games), and are described below.

2. Information We Collect

We do not ask you for personal details. However, like most free mobile games, the Game and the third-party services it uses may automatically collect limited technical and usage information:

  • Advertising ID: A resettable identifier (Google Advertising ID on Android, or the IDFA on iOS where you have allowed tracking) used by our advertising and measurement partners to display ads and to attribute app installs.
  • Usage & gameplay data: In-game events such as levels started and completed, win/loss outcomes, scores, power-ups used, lines cleared, waves reached, session length, and ad interactions — used to understand and improve the Game.
  • App install & session events: The fact that the Game was installed, opened, or brought back to the foreground — used to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns (see Section 6).
  • Device information: Device model, operating system version, language, region/time zone, and approximate (coarse, non-precise) location inferred from your IP address — collected automatically by our analytics, messaging, and ad SDKs.
  • Crash & diagnostic data: Crash logs, error reports, and device state at the time of a crash, used to fix bugs and improve stability.
  • Game progress (only if cloud save is active): Your saved progress, synced to your platform account — see Section 4.
  • Purchase records (only if you buy something): Confirmation from the app store that a purchase completed — see Section 5.
  • Push notification token / topic (only if you allow notifications): Used to deliver in-game news — see Section 8.

We do not knowingly collect your name, email, contacts, photos, precise GPS location, or any sensitive personal information through the Game. We never receive your payment card or billing details — those stay with the app store.

3. Local Save Data

The Game stores your progress — including high scores, unlocked levels and content, in-game settings, sound and language preferences — locally on your device using standard device storage. Unless cloud save is active (Section 4), this save data stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and is removed when you uninstall the Game or clear its app data in your device settings.

4. Cloud Save & Google Play Games

So that your progress survives a reinstall or a new phone, the Game can back up your save data to Google Play Games Services (Saved Games). Where this is available, Play Games signs you in silently using the Google account already on your device — we do not ask you for credentials and we never see your Google password.

The data synced is limited to game progress: unlocked levels, level completion and star records, high scores, unlocked content, and related in-game settings. It does not include any personal information you have given us, because we do not collect any.

This backup is stored in your own Google account, under Google's Privacy Policy, and we do not maintain a copy of it on our own servers. If Play Games is unavailable, you are signed out, or sign-in fails, the Game simply continues to play offline using local save data. You can delete the backup at any time from your Google Play Games account settings, and doing so does not affect your ability to keep playing.

5. In-App Purchases

The Game may offer optional in-app purchases (for example, cosmetic themes or an ad-free option). Purchases are processed entirely by the platform's billing system — Google Play Billing on Android, or the App Store on iOS. We never receive or store your payment card number, billing address, or any other payment details.

What the Game receives back from the store is a purchase receipt confirming which product you own, so that it can unlock the content and restore it if you reinstall or change device. Your entitlements are stored locally and, where cloud save is active, alongside your progress in your own platform account. Refunds and payment questions are handled by the app store, not by us.

6. Advertising & Campaign Measurement

Block Rise 3D is free to play and supported by advertising delivered through Google AdMob. This may include rewarded video ads (which you choose to watch in exchange for in-game rewards such as extra power-ups, a continue, or a board refresh), as well as banner and interstitial ads.

To serve and measure ads, AdMob and its ad partners may collect and process your Advertising ID and device information. These practices are governed by the Google Privacy & Terms and the AdMob policies.

Meta (Facebook) advertising measurement. We advertise Block Rise 3D on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). To understand which of our ads actually lead to installs, the Game includes the Meta SDK for Unity, which reports app install and session events to Meta along with your advertising identifier and basic device information. This is used to attribute and measure our own ad campaigns and to build audiences for them. We do not send Meta your gameplay data, and using this feature does not require a Facebook or Instagram account — you are never asked to log in. Meta's handling of this data is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy and the Meta Business Tools Terms.

Your choice comes first. Ads and Meta measurement do not start until your tracking and consent choices have been resolved. Neither is started before that point. Where required by law (for example, for players in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), the Game uses Google's consent tools to ask for your choice about personalized advertising first. On iOS 14.5 and later, the Game also shows Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt; if you decline, your advertising identifier is not collected and Meta is explicitly told that advertiser tracking is not permitted.

You can also control or reset ad personalization at any time:

  • Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization".
  • iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track", or revoke permission for the Game individually.

7. Analytics & Crash Reporting

We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how players interact with the Game and Firebase Crashlytics to detect and fix crashes. Analytics records gameplay events (such as levels started/completed, scores, power-ups used, and waves reached), and crash reports may include diagnostic context such as the current level, game mode, and score at the time of a crash. Firebase Analytics may also record purchase and ad events so we can see how those features perform. Data collected through these services is aggregated and used for product improvement. For more information, see the Firebase Privacy and Security page.

8. Notifications & In-Game News

The Game can show in-game announcements — new levels, events, and updates. To do this it periodically downloads a small news file from our servers. Like any web request, this means our hosting provider processes your IP address and the request time; no account or identifier of yours is attached, and the news you have read is tracked only on your device.

You may also be asked whether you want push notifications. This is optional and is never requested at first launch. If you allow them, the Game uses Firebase Cloud Messaging and subscribes your device to a general broadcast topic; the push message itself carries only the identifier of an announcement, never personal content. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device's system settings for the Game, and everything else keeps working.

9. How We Use Information

  • To operate the Game and display advertising that keeps it free.
  • To measure whether our own advertising campaigns are effective (install attribution).
  • To analyze gameplay, balance difficulty, and improve features and performance.
  • To back up and restore your game progress across devices, where you use cloud save.
  • To deliver and restore in-app purchases you have made.
  • To send you news about the Game, where you have allowed notifications.
  • To detect, diagnose, and fix crashes and technical issues.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our terms.

We do not sell your personal information.

10. Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do not share data with third parties except through the service providers that make the Game work. These providers process data on our behalf and under their own privacy policies:

  • Google AdMob — advertising. Privacy Policy
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. — advertising campaign attribution and measurement (install and session events). Privacy Policy
  • Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics & Cloud Messaging) — analytics, crash reporting, and push notifications. Privacy Policy
  • Google Play Games Services — sign-in and cloud save of game progress. Privacy Policy
  • Google Play Billing (and the Apple App Store on iOS) — in-app purchase processing. Privacy Policy
  • Google Play services — distribution, updates, and in-app review prompts. Privacy Policy

We may also disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests.

11. Data Retention

Analytics and advertising data are retained according to Google's, Meta's, and Firebase's default retention settings. Crash reports are generally retained for up to 90 days. Local save data remains on your device until you delete it, and cloud save data remains in your own platform account until you delete it there. We do not maintain a separate database of personal information about players.

12. Children's Privacy

Block Rise 3D is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, or that we have inadvertently collected it, please contact us at support@trigonalgames.com and we will take steps to delete it.

13. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the information collected about you.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Opt out of personalized advertising and of advertising measurement (see Section 6).
  • Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — note we do not sell your data. Sharing your advertising identifier with Meta for campaign measurement may be treated as "sharing" under the CCPA; you can stop it using the device controls in Section 6.
  • Withdraw consent you previously gave, including notification permission and, in the EEA/UK, your advertising consent choice.
  • Delete your cloud save through your Google Play Games account settings (see Section 4).
  • Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise these rights, contact us at support@trigonalgames.com. You may also manage ad-related data directly through your device settings as described above.

14. Data Security

We rely on reputable service providers (such as Google and Meta) that implement industry-standard safeguards to protect data they process. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

15. International Users

The Game is operated from Indonesia and uses global service providers. By playing the Game, you understand that information may be processed in countries other than your own, which may have different data protection rules than your jurisdiction.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Game after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
